On the 15th of April, 2010 the Company SIMAS together with the company Oxoid held a seminar – “Microbiological methods for food control according to ISO and Oxoid methods”. The Company SIMAS thanks all the guests who attended our workshop. We also thank the export-manager of Oxoid Ricardo Bandarrinha de Almeida for his help in organizing and conducting the seminar.
The seminar was focused on Oxoid nutrient media for the rapid determination of salmonella, listeria, campylobacter and coagulase-positive staphylococci in foods.
